That's a difference between tank and dps. That said, when they run into something like a pair of Medusae supported by a Talos? They better have a crusader backing them up or they go 'squish'. That is your opinion and you are entitled to it but that doesnt' change the fact that the other two classes are psykers and assassins are DPS machines instead of generalists like crusaders. You may not like the fact that psykers and assassins are faster and nuke things better than crusaders. They don't all come from the same bckground and it is not about where they come from. I didn't think that if the Inquisition wnet to ANYONE and said 'I want to recruit that person' that anyone sane would say 'No'. I seem to recall certain Inquisitors in 40K being psykers.
